Spend your vacation in our cozy, family-run house located at the upper edge of the village center in Fiss. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains and the surrounding ski area. Our apartments offer a south-facing balcony, a terrace, or a spacious lawn for sunbathing. Bed linen, dish towels, hand towels and bath towels are provided in the apartments. Free parking is available directly in front of the house, and you can enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the house.
SERVICE Summer: Starting point for fantastic hikes with unrestricted use of the Super. Summer. Card.; sunbathing and relaxation on our large sunbathing lawn; garden house with barbecue; children: small play area, high chair, crib, etc., free of charge; NEW: Public children's playground ⚽️ on Kelleweg, right near us!
SERVICE Winter: NO après-ski noise... yet still close to the cable car

- Variant B: Poschi feeder lift as well as Bertas Kinderland in close proximity above the house - Click

Conditions
- Inclusive services in the booking price: bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels; parking spaces in front of the house; WiFi; in winter, free use of the comfort ski and shoe storage "EDELWEISS" at the cable car or a small ski and shoe storage in the house.
- The booking price doesn't include the local tax and the Super. Summer. Card. in the summer.
Information about the Super. Summer. Card. 2025:
- Super. Summer. Card. adults: EUR 6,50.- per night and adult
- Super. Summer. Card. children (born between 2010 and 2018): EUR 3,25.- per night and child
- Children born in 2019 or younger are FREE
- This contribution is to be paid directly on site for the duration of the stay.
