Breakfast in the Gourmet Gondola
First, you’ll have a vitamin-rich orange juice at BergDiamant Panoramic Restaurant to prepare your taste buds for the culinary joys to come. Right after, you’ll continue at the Schönjoch top station: Freshly baked bread, heavenly soft butter and delicious jams are waiting for you on the table. The Gondola floats over Fiss – a full three rounds, therefore, please devote about three hours for the whole experience. Meanwhile, you’ll have beef tartar, smoked fish and a selection of sausages and cheese. To round off the meal, you’ll be served a sweet greeting from the kitchen at the BergDiamant Panoramic Restaurant.

For lunch, a six-course meal awaits you in the Gourmet Gondola. An aperitif and a starter are served at BergDiamant Panoramic Restaurant. Then, it’s time to switch locations – first, out into fresh air and then right into the Gondola. Breath-taking views await while the Gondola does four rounds. Up in lofty heights, you’ll be served a warm starter, an entremets to cleanse your palate and a main course. During every delicious bite, let your eyes wander over the stunning summits. A heavenly Gondola ride with a sweet delight to round off the experience at BergDiamant Panoramic Restaurant.
