In the Serfaus-FIss-Ladis Online ski ticket shop you can purchase your ski- and cable car tickets at the guest card rate in advance online.
Whether you need to load your ski pass onto your old keycard or simply need to collect your ticket at one of the pick-up machines: it’s all possible in SFL, letting the fun on slopes and winter dreams come true without any queuing. Here you will find the most frequently asked questions and answers about the SFL Online ski ticket shop.

WHICH GUESTS GET THE SFL GUEST CARD RATE AND HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS AT THE GUEST CARD RATE?
Guests staying at an accommodation in Serfaus, Fiss or Ladis are entitled to the SFL Guest Card Rate for the duration of their stay. To be able to purchase tickets in the Online ski ticket shop at the discounted guest card rate, you need to have an active a mySFL account. You will receive your Digital Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Guest Card once you have completed the electronic check-in form provided to you directly by your accommodation. We would like to point out that this is a new service for our landlords and guests and is therefore not yet available at all accommodations.
Please note: The email address on the mySFL account must match with the email address of your guest registration in your accommodation/check-in.

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS VIA THE SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS WEBSITE AT THE SFL GUEST CARD RATE?
1. Register for mySFL or log in with your account. The email address on the mySFL account must match the email address used for registration at your accommodation/check-in. You can register/login HERE. Have you already booked? No problem! Of course you can also create a mySFL account after completing your booking.

2. Please confirm the SFL activation email. Can’t find the email? Please check your SPAM folder.

3. Log in to mySFL and click HERE to get to the SFL Online ski ticket shop. First click on the yellow button "Reload ticket shop". Now you can buy your tickets at the SFL Guest Card rate.

Info: It may take a few minutes until the guest card rate is available in the Online ski ticket shop. You can update the Online ski ticket shop by clicking on the button "Reload Ticketshop". If no available guest card days are visible, please contact us by e-mail at info@serfaus-fiss-ladis.at.

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS VIA THE SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS APP AT THE SFL GUEST CARD RATE?

1. Download the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis App (Info: Link only accessible on mobile devices).

2.  In the app, click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner.

3. Register for mySFL or log in with your account
Please note: The email address on the mySFL account must match the email address used for registration at your accommodation/check-in. (Once you have registered for mySFL, confirm the SFL activation email and you are ready to log in to the app).

4. In the wallet (the yellow wallet icon in the bottom bar) you will now find your Digital Guest Card. It may take a few minutes for the guest card to appear in the Wallet. Are your cards still not visible after a few minutes? Please reload the app using pull-to-refresh. As soon as your cards are in the Wallet, click on "Shop" in the bottom bar on the right. Now you can purchase your tickets at the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Guest Card rate. Are no Guest Card days available in the shop, please contact us via info@serfaus-fiss-ladis.at.

IS THE SFL GUEST CARD RATE ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE?
No. If you spend one night or more in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, you’ll receive the SFL Guest Card from your landlord on arrival. You can still purchase your tickets with the printed Guest Card (at the Guest Card Rate) at the ticket offices.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASED ONLINE TICKET?
You can simply collect your ski tickets at one of the pickup machines with the pick-up code (QR-Code) you received in your confirmation email.

I STILL HAVE A KEYCARD FROM MY LAST SKI HOLIDAY?
Yes! In the SFL Online ski ticket shop you can load the new ski pass onto all current Skidata-KeyCards. All you need is the card number which you will find on the back of your card. You can identify Skidata cards by the lettering "keycard" on the card. If the card number on your keycard starts with «01» it can be recharged. The ski pass is automatically activated as soon as you go through the turnstile gates for the first time. It may take a few seconds for the turnstile to open.

CAN I LOAD MULTIPLE TICKETS ONTO ONE EXISTING KEYCARD?
No, that is not possible. Each guest or family member needs their own KeyCard.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKET?
When you collect your ticket from one of the pick-up machines, you will receive your ski pass along with a receipt. Please keep the receipt safe, as it can be used to block a lost ticket and reissue a new one. If you recharged an old KeyCard, you need the proof of payment or your order confirmation.

ARE MY SKI TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
No, ski passes are non-transferable.

SMARTPHONE SKITICKETS
The purchase of Smartphone Skitickets is currently not possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION SMARTPHONE SKITICKET 
If you have ordered a Smartphone skiticket, you can download the ticket to the desired smartphone and go directly to the lift.  

  • The ticket download is limited to one single download. Once activated, it can't be transferred to other smartphones.
    Please be aware to save the ticket to the right smartphone, the one you or your companions will be using for skiing. 

  • Each ticket is personalised with the name. Please check that you are activating the correct ticket before completing activation. 

  • Tickets for other travellers must be activated by them on their smartphones. To do this, have them scan the QR code or forward the e-mail.
    Please also inform them that only their own ticket should be activated. 

WHAT IS A SMARTPHONE SKITICKET?
The Smartphone Skiticket is an alternative to the conventional keycard and enables easy access to the ski slopes. All you need is a compatible smartphone and the App key2ski. The smartphone logs on via Bluetooth and the access reader opens automatically. The Smartphone Skiticket is only available in the Online ski ticket shop and exclusively for adults.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A SMARTPHONE SKITICKET? 
1. Register for mySFL or log in with your account. The email address on the mySFL account must match the email address used for registration at your accommodation/check-in. You can register/login HERE. Have you already booked? No problem! Of course you can also create a mySFL account after completing your booking. 

2. Please confirm the SFL activation email. Can’t find the email? Please check your SPAM folder. 

3. Log in to mySFL and get to the SFL Online ski ticket shop.  In the order process, you can select Smartphone Skiticket as the issue type of your tickets. 

4. You will need the App key2ski (Info: Link only accessible on mobile devices) for this. Fellow travellers also need the key2ski app so that the tickets can be activated on their own smartphone. If you have an unsupported smartphone, you won´t see the App key2ski in the App store. 

5. Open the order confirmation. Scan the QR code or click on the button  “Activate on this smartphone“. If you have purchased a Smartphone Skiticket for fellow travellers, forward the order confirmation to the traveller by email or have the personal QR code scanned. The ticket must be activated on the traveller's smartphone. Smartphone Skitickets are personalised, can only be activated once and cannot be transferred to other smartphones. 

6. As soon as the ski ticket has been activated, it appears in the key2ski app and you can go directly to the chairlift or gondola. Wear your smartphone on the left side of your body and keep the application running in the background all time. 

WHICH SMARTPHONES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEW SMARTPHONE SKITICKET? 
The Smartphone Skiticket is a new technology. Not all smartphone models are currently supported. Please check in advance if your device is compatible for the smartphone ski ticket. 

SMARTPHONE SKITICKETS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FPR THE "ADULTS" CATEGORY
As Smartphone Skitickets are still a relatively new technology, this ticket category is currently only available for adults. Smartphone Skitickets are not yet offered for children, teenagers, or seniors.

  • BUY SMARTPHONE SKITICKET VIA THE SFL APP 

We recommend buying the Smartphone Skiticket via the SFL app. If you purchase the Smartphone Skiticket via the SFL App (Info: Link only accessible on mobile devices), this check happens automatically. There you will see a note in the shop selection whether your smartphone is compatible for the smartphone ski ticket or not.  

  • BUY SMARTPHONE SKITICKET VIA THE SFL-WEBSITE 

If you order via the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis website, install the App key2ski (Info: Link only accessible on mobile devices) in advance to check the compatibility of the Smartphone Skiticket and your device. Your device is compatible if the app was successfully installed. Your smartphone is not compatible if the App key2ski does not appear in your app store. PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing multiple tickets, each individual smartphone must be checked for compatibility. 

CAN THE SMARTPHONE SKITICKET ALSO BE PURCHASED AT THE LIFT TICKET OFFICES?
No. The Smartphone Skiticket is only available in the Online ski ticket shop.

I DOWNLOADED A VALID TICKET. CAN I DIRECTLY START SKIING? 
Yes. Please open the key2ski app, allow all app permissions and click in the ticket view on “START USING“.  Wear your smartphone on the left side of your body and keep the application running in the background all time. 

WHY DO  I HAVE TO ALLOW ALL APP PERMISSIONS? 
Bluetooth and location services must be enabled to allow the turnstile to open correctly. Battery optimisation is disabled so that the app can run in the background. 

DOES THE APP NEED PERMANENT INTERNET ACCESS? 
No! The app only needs internet connection during the ticket download. After that, the app can be used offline. 

DO I HAVE TO HOLD MY SMARTPHONE UP TO THE ACCESS READER? 
The smartphone can stay in your jacket pocket and does not need to be taken out. Please carry your smartphone on your left side. Via Bluetooth, the new technology is able to identify the correct ski ticket and so the turnstile opens automatically. IMPORTANT: The smartphone must not be covered by a wallet or metallic objects. 

WHAT IF THE BATTERY FAILS? 
Thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy technology, battery consumption is kept as low as possible. In order to be able to offer guests an even better service, the new service of powerbank stations from the company Chimpy has been set up throughout the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region. The powerbanks can be picked up and borrowed at numerous locations. A return is possible at any Chimpy Point throughout Europe. No app or registration required.  

This is how it works:

Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit, PayPal or credit card 

Costs:
€ 4.00 Lending fee for one week 
At the time of rent, only the lending fee of € 4.00 will be debited. For every additional rental week a late fee of € 2.00 will be charged on your initial payment method until an additional amount of € 15.00 has been reached. Afterwards there will be no more charges. If the € 15.00 has been reached, the power bank is the property of the buyer.  

If the battery has already failed, make yourself known to the lift staff at the ski area and explain the situation. The SFL staff will be happy to help you! 

HOW OFTEN CAN A SMARTPHONE SKI TICKET BE DOWNLOADED? 
The smartphone ski ticket can only be downloaded once. Please note that the ticket is downloaded onto the smartphone that you also have with you when skiing. 

CAN I TRANSFER A SMARTPHONE SKI TICKET TO ANOTHER SMARTPHONE? 
Unfortunately, this function is not yet available.

I DON`T HAVE A TICKET IN THE APP YET? 
The App "key2ski" indicates that no ticket has been downloaded at this time. Please purchase a smartphone ski ticket and use either the QR code on your purchase confirmation or the link provided to download the ticket to your smartphone. 

WHAT IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH THE APP OR AT THE TURNSTILE? 
Please make yourself known to the lift staff at the ski resort and explain the situation.  

WHAT IF I HAVE LOST MY SMARTPHONE OR IF IT IS DEFECT? 
If something happens to your smartphone, please go to the nearest ticket office of the cable cars and identify yourself with your first and last name. 

WHAT DOES THE IMPRINT "FSWaldbahn" ON THE SMARTPHONE SKITICKET MEAN? 
The imprint FSWaldbahn is merely the sales channel of the ticket provider. You can use the Smartphone Skiticket to access the ski area with any lift and do not have to use the Waldbahn cable car. 

BOOKING VIA WWW.SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS.AT
If you have completed your booking via the booking platform on our website www.serfaus-fiss-ladis.at, you do not need a Digital Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Guest Card. The guest card rate is automatically activated for your travel period.

BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH THE LANDLORD OR VIA AN EXTERNAL PORTAL
If you have completed the booking directly with the landlord or via an external portal, the electronic pre-registration from the landlord is mandatory in order to be able to purchase the ski passes at the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis guest card rate. Please contact your landlord for this.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE IN THE SFL ONLINE SKI TICKET SHOP?
Payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V PAY) and instant bank transfers by are accepted.

I PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE, BUT I CAN`T GO. CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS?
Yes, this is possible. Please fill out the cancellation form and send it to as per e-mail. The amount will be transferred back to your bank account.

WHAT ABOUT THE AGE REGULATIONS FOR WINTER 2024/25?
Children born in or after 2019 ride for free.
Children born between 2010 and 2018 inclusive receive a child rate.
Youth born between 2009 and 2006 inclusive receive a youth rate.
Ladies and gentlemen born before 1960 receive a discounted senior citizen’s rate.
