Our cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel conditions:

  • 3 months before start of holiday: free of charge
  • 3 months to 1 month before start of holiday: 40% of the total price of the stay
  • 4 weeks or more before the start of the holiday: 70% of the total price of the stay
  • in the last week: 90% of the total price of the stay
  • 24 h before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay

Quietly situated high above the idyllic village of Fiss and only a few meters away from the skiing and hiking area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, our new Apart Callisto is the ideal starting point for numerous active nature experiences at any time of the year - and without a car.
But it is also a refuge for all those who are looking for a soothing time-out with a lot of privacy and a dreamlike mountain panorama. Whether with family or friends, with us you will enjoy the cozy ambience of the only vacation apartment in our house with terrace.

The listed prices are in EURO per day, excl. local tax.
Local tax: 2,60 per person and day (from 15 years) / from 01.11.2024 € 3.70 per person and day

INCLUDED: WLAN, checkroom with ski & hiking boot dryer, ski locker directly at the house,
bed linen, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, hand and bath towels are already included in the price.
In summer you will receive the Super. Sommer. Card. with numerous benefits for the duration of your stay.

Arrival

Our apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and is available until 9.00 am on the day of departure. If you should arrive after 6 pm, we ask you to inform us by telephone or by e-mail.
