Our Apart Alpinea was built in 2015 and is situated in Ladis, the smallest village of the holiday region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in Tyrol. On the following pages we would like to present you our apartments, our services and the diverse opportunities of our region in more details. Our goal is that you feel yourself like at home, can be leave your stressed everyday life behind and regain a good mood and your health.

Conditions
A deposit is required for a final reservation.
The remaining payment, including all additional costs, is to be paid in cash on-site at least one day before departure (EC or credit card payment not possible).
Additional costs include, for example, the tourist tax - this currently amounts to € 3.70 per person per day - children up to 15 years old are exempt from the tourist tax.
There may also be a final cleaning fee, which is charged once per apartment.
Cancellations will be processed according to the general Austrian hotel contract conditions.

Your apartments will be available from around 14:00 on your day of arrival.
On the day of your departure, we ask you to check out by around 09:30. For late arrivals (after 18:00), we kindly ask for a brief notification.
