Welcome to Haus Pregenzer!
Our house is situated in a quiet, central location, right in the heart of Fiss. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery/café, a supermarket and various restaurants.
The cable car stations are just a few minutes' walk away.
Our house has four comfortably furnished apartments for 2 - 7 people, as well as a double room.
The following services are included in the indicated price:
- Overnight stay/lodging
- Elevator in the house
- Laundry, water, electricity
- Living room with practical kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher; safe, balcony and cable TV
- Free WLAN throughout the house
- Bread roll service on request (subject to charge)
- Free parking directly at the house (underground parking garage)
- Free parking spaces in the comfort ski depot at the Fiss valley station
- Dogs are allowed (Please note: A vacation without your four-legged friend is unimaginable for you? No problem! Your four-legged friends are very welcome and we charge 10.00 euros per pet per night).
The pizzeria and bar Bajazzo is also located in the building. As a house guest, we will of course be happy to reserve a table for you in our pizzeria to avoid waiting times.

On the day of arrival, the apartment or room will be available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask for a short notification.
