Our house is located at the entrance to Ladis, in a very quiet and sunny location.
You can reach the center of Ladis in about 5 minutes and the valley station of the Sonnenbahn in about 10 minutes on foot.
In our holiday apartment in the attic, you can enjoy the evening sun.
Experience the diversity and beauty of Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus. The sun plateau is one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Austria and offers its guests, both young and old, an interesting entertainment program.

Conditions
Dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishes for cheese fondue, raclette oven, toaster, kettle, dish towels, bed linen, hand and bath towels, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, toilet paper, roll service, car parking space as well as heated ski lockers at the cable car are included in the price. In winter, our shuttle bus takes you to the valley station of the Sonnenbahn. Upon request for our little guests, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair in the apartment.
