Cancellation conditions:
• All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 months before the date of arrival. You will receive the deposit minus a € 30,00 processing fee back.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking amount is due. (acc. to AGBH)
• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure, 90% of the booking amount is due. (acc. to AGBH)
• In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged. (acc. to AGBH)
Our "Haus Vorstatt" in Fiss is a comfortable house with tradition in a central, quiet location in the pedestrian zone offering you bright, deluxe rooms and apartments for the best time of the year.
Winter: You'll reach the lift's valley station in 2 - 3 minutes on foot where we have reserved heated ski and shoe depots for you.
Enjoy more than 200 kilometers (125 mi.) of piste!
Summer: As a guest in our house you'll receive the Super Summer Card and enjoy the many benefits such as free use of the lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, free shuttle service between the three towns, guided hikes and much more!
