Current Information
Deposits are refunded in case of cancellation up to eight weeks before the starting date of the
holiday, less EUR 36,00 per room (handling charge).
For cancellations registered less than 56 days before the start of the holiday, we charge for the
holiday as booked minus EUR 18,00 per adult and day.
Cancellations are accepted only written i.e. per fax or e-mail.
Any credit balance will solely be refunded through wire transfer.

The Leading Family Hotel Löwe****s is a 5 Smiley Kinderhotel. Here, exclusively families with children stay. Grandparents and couples traveling with a family are warmly welcome. Reservations from couples without children cannot be accepted.
For summer bookings, the Super.Summer.Card is already included in the booking price for the duration of your stay. You will receive this at your check-in at the hotel reception. In winter, we are happy to assist you in obtaining your ski passes. These are not included in the booking price.
