Welcome to Kölner Haus, the Alpine Club hut of DAV Sektion Rheinland-Köln! Enjoy the perfect location in the breathtaking hiking and skiing area of Serfaus Komperdell, right next to the Kinderschneealm.
In winter, you will experience the pleasure of being the "first track" with us. Start your day with fresh mountain air for breakfast and then indulge in our abundant breakfast buffet. For lunch, we offer a diverse à la carte menu to satisfy your palate. In the evenings, you can look forward to a delicious 3-course menu with regional cuisine and high-quality products.
Our hut rooms provide a simple yet comfortable retreat. Here, you can relax and recharge after an eventful day in the mountains.

Conditions
Reservations are subject to Austrian hotel regulations. To finalize the reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 40% of the package price. Please transfer the remaining amount up to 10 days before your arrival. Card payment is only available in the restaurant area.
The booking price does not include the Super. Sommer. Card. Super. Sommer. Card. Adults: €6.00 per night Super. Sommer. Card. Children (born between 2010 and 2018): €3.00 per night This fee is to be paid on-site for the duration of your stay.
The AVM rate is just for member from the "Alpenverein"

Arrival
You can easily reach the Kölner Haus by taking the Komperdellbahn (in summer 2023, with the Almkopfbahn). At the ticket office, please inform them that you are guests at the Kölner Haus, and you will receive a guest discount for your ski passes or the Super Sommer Card in summer if you have made the registration in advance. The last cable car departs at 4:20 PM in winter and 5:00 PM in summer. We kindly ask you to let us know during your reservation if you would like to rent a parking space.
