Mis en place and setting the tables are just the basics for you. Your highlight? Creating an atmosphere that enchants our guests. As the link between the kitchen and the guest, you are the taste mediator who presents the culinary highlights of the day with expertise and enthusiasm.

• Support the chef of the rank during the breakfast service
• Assistance in serving gourmet menus at the assigned station
• Support the Chef de Rang with beverage & café service
• Supervision of the various buffets such as breakfast, lunch, cake & snack
• Help with bar service (partly)
• Mise-en-place work for theThe stations
• Cleaning work on the station

• Warmth & joy in inspiring our small & big guests
• Completed vocational training & / or relevant professional experience
• Team spirit
• Language skills in German & English; others are an advantage
