• Responsibility for a service station during breakfast
• Serving gourmet menus at your own station
• Beverage & Café Service
• Supervision of the various buffets such as breakfast, lunch, cake & snack
• Help with bar service
• Mise en place Working for the stations
• Cleaning work on the station

• Completed vocational training & / or relevant professional experience
