Head Waiter / Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated assistant to the restaurant management or head cellar from December 2024:

Areas of responsibility:

• Support in managing the long-standing service team (approx. 16 employees)
• responsibility and coordination of a smooth process
• Allocation and continuous training of the entire service team
• Administrative activities (scheduling, table plan)
• Representative appearance and contact person and host for our guests
• Close cooperation with our kitchen and reception team
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area in compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Professional appearance and well-groomed appearance
• Flexible, independent and self-responsible work
• Goode wine knowledge
• Friendly interaction with our employees and guests
• 5.5-day week

• Fair remuneration with appropriate qualifications (€ 3,250 net). Salary including special payments and holiday pay. Overpayment possible depending on qualifications and performance.
