Your task

• Independent management of the patisserie and production of all sweet dishes for our half-board guests, cakes, chocolates, desserts, dessert buffets, etc.
• Control and compliance with quality standards and cleanliness
• Mise en Place
• Daily cleaning of the kitchen
• Execution and control of kitchen hygiene according to HACCP and Corona guidelines
