Youth counselor (m/f/d)

6 hours per week (15% of the weekly hours)

Working hours:

- Saturday 3 pm to 9 pm

Tasks:

- Support and advice for young people

- Organizational work as well as preparation and implementation of events

- Implementation of open youth work according to the concept

- Strengthening the social skills of young people

- Assistance with problem situations, prevention work

- public relations

Desired requirements (qualifications):

- Training and/or experience in the (social) educational field

- Ability to work in a team, commitment and enthusiasm

- Creativity and communication skills

- Ability to deal constructively with conflicts and aggression

- Knowledge of leisure animation

- Willingness to continue training

- Assertiveness and resilience

Employment and payment according to the Tyrolean Municipal Contract Employees Act (G-VBG 2012) as amended, pay group I. Please note that the minimum wage stated may be increased due to statutory provisions, if applicable, by creditable previous periods of service and other remuneration components related to the special features of the job.
