For our 4* hotel in Fiss we are looking for a chef with completed vocational training to support our kitchen.

your tasks:

• Preparation and presentation of dishes for the evening service.
• Responsibility for the quality and presentation of the food.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Support in planning and implementing menus.
• Working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed training as a chef or several years of experience in the catering industry.
• Experience in evening service and in preparing à la carte dishes, ideally in an upscale hotel or restaurant.
• Creativity, attention to detail and a high level of quality awareness.
• Ability to work in a team and an independent, responsible way of working.
• Good Germanknowledge
