You are a real doer: you master preparation, thinking and follow-up work with ease. With your comprehensive knowledge of the current menu, you support your supervisor when necessary. Your role as a culinary assistant is essential, as you ensure that the processes in the kitchen run smoothly and that every plate is served perfectly and on time. Your reliability makes you an indispensable pillar of the team.

• Supporting work for the post chief
• Assisting with the breakfast service / egg station
• •Supervision of the buffets during breakfast, lunch &/or dinner
