The transport of bicycles with the cable cars in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is subject to a charge. More Information HERE.
Level of difficulty: medium
Starting point: Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
Description:The Gample Tour is a lovely, selective circuit with a few refreshment stops (such as Frommes Alp, Kuhalm). It’s mainly on gravel paths and leads through the woods and across the mountain pastures of Fiss. One of this tour’s attractions is the bird of prey station on the Frommes Alp.
The tour leads us from the bike park through the village and to the Wolfsee lake. Continue in the direction of Ladis as far as signpost L002 where you turn left uphill to the Falterjöchl. After a short downhill, turn left uphill (L017) to the Schönegg (L020). Keep to the left and follow the trail as far as Rabuschl (F050). This is the start of the first serious climb up to the Frommes Alp (F055). After a short downhill section go right uphill (F019) via Obsteinsboden and down to the Kuhalm (F121). From the Kuhalm it’s an easy downhill ride to Fiss and through the village back to the bike park.
