The transport of bicycles with the cable cars in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is subject to a charge. More Information HERE.
Level of difficulty: medium
Starting point: Komperdell top station
Description: The Komperdellbahn cable car takes you to the start of the tour to the Komperdellalm. You can also start from the Lazidkopf. There is a charge for bike transport. If you fancy something more demanding, you can also get to the starting point via the Komperdell Tour 761.
The Hexenseehütte Tour has alternating steep ramps, gentle climbs and short descents on gravel paths. From the Komperdell starting point (S104), you go briefly downhill to the Murmliwasser (S103) where you turn right heading for Lazid. The Cervosa Alm is the start of an energy sapping ascent to the Lazid. At the Lassida restaurant bear left (S301) and carry on heading for Scheid. To shorten the route, take the Scheidtrail (S216) back to the starting point. From the Scheid (S217) the trail leads through the Moostal valley up to the Arrezjoch. Continue in the direction of Masner and then a final climb to the Hexenseehütte. To return you can either take the trail you came up back to the starting point or the Scheidtrail (S1). With the Scheidtrail behind you, follow the bike trail through the Laustal valley up to the Komperdellalpe to the starting point.
The descend back to Serfaus is either possible via the Komperdell Tour 761 or you can follow the easy Alpfkopftrail (S0) and then the Högtrail (S1). The trails are great practice trails for beginners looking to build experience. However, the trails also set the pulses of experienced bikers racing as the trail is quite flowing and offers waves for jumping.
