The vision to offer a tasteful connection between familiarity and honest cuisine leads back in time. Faraway journeys, valuable experiences, the diverse exploration of foreign cultures and foreign culinary to then finally find home again, inspired the founder Thomas Thurner on his way to come close to an idea that goes far beyond excellent food.
