As a small universe in which you can go on a journey of pleasure. A cosmos through which you can savour and discover something new every day. That's why we offer absolute freedom of choice and indulgence at the Marent. This ranges from the classic à la carte to the bistro, from the gourmet restaurant to private dining at the chef's table. Paulas is a tribute to Grandma Paula and to our roots. You can taste it too: in our à la carte restaurant, regional and traditional dishes are rethought. Paulas is open every evening for house guests and hotel visitors.
