Description: The Alpfkopf trail leads from the eponymous Alpkopf down to the Högsee lake. First you take the gondola to the mountain station at an altitude of a whopping 2.023 m. From there, you move your mountain bike smoothly through sub-alpine terrain. Slightly challenging passages, especially in the second section, offer the opportunity to improve your bike handling.
With a distance of 2.6 km and a difference in altitude of 200 m, the Alpkopftrail is classified as very easy (green). The trail is the ideal introduction for all bikers who want to try their hand at single trail fun. But experienced bikers can also use the Alpkopftrail as a warm-up and collect a few very relaxed kilometres of single trail.
The trail ends at the Högsee lake at an altitude of 1.829 m. Here, the Hög Alm and the Seealm Hög offer first-class refreshment stops to recharge your batteries before tackling the next trails.
