We could promise you the moon – but we won’t. Instead, we’ll stick to what you can really expect from us:

• A well-coordinated team of 8 chefs / kitchen assistants works in our kitchenunder the direction of head chef Lukas Neier.

• Because our team has worked together for many years, we can adapt the position to your experience. If you have a lot of experience, you can take on responsibility, but we are also happy to train you and you will definitely find your place in the team!

• We work part-time, full-time, 45 hours a week, with a 5.5-day week. You have every Sunday off (restaurant rest day) and everyone has an additional half-day off per week.

• You are responsible for the processing and preparation of fish, meat and sauces

• prepare, produce, cook, serve,… but you will also get to know other positions in the kitchen – because we help each other!
